Okay, so I am not sure about what was the main intention of this animation here- but I can say the particles are good, but there's room for improvement. I think after the swirly thing compressed down into that shape, the limbs of the stick should extend further just as soon as its figure shows up to show it was breaking it out of the original shape. Again I am not sure if you were trying to make the stick break out with force or are trying to make it stretch it until the blob disintegrates, but even if you were trying to make this (the stretch) it wouldn't disintegrate in such a way without much extra force. You did it right for the arms, but from watching the legs I can tell that it stays in the same place. About the particles, zoom in more and add smaller particles- it would be worth it trust me, and also do some particles coming from the side- just a little bit even if the stick tore the blob vertically. Also, you could have done with more particles by the legs, it seems as though you concentrated mostly on the arm particles, I can see a number of particles by the two feet, but there should be some in-between the two legs as well.
